Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU FSM Technical Consultant to join our global team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP FSM solutions, along with integration between SAP IS-U and FSM systems. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, participating in solution design, and delivering high-quality SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP FSM Development & Configuration
- Develop, configure, and enhance SAP FSM modules
- Design and develop checklist templates
- Work on planning, dispatching, activity management, and service calls
- Create and manage UDFs and UDOs and integrate them with backend systems
- Develop and implement business rules
Integration & Technical Development
- Design and support integration between SAP IS-U and SAP FSM
- Handle inbound and outbound data flows between FSM and SAP
- Work on integration scenarios for:
- Service Orders (Installation, Replacement, Disconnection/Reconnection)
- Meter-related processes
- Device Management activities
- Technical master data synchronization
SAP IS-U Functional Exposure
- Work with IS-U modules:
- Device Management (DM)
- Service Management (SM)
- Plant Maintenance / Customer Service (PM/CS)
- Billing & Invoicing (basic understanding)
Proaxia FSM Connector
- Configure checklist templates (posting, prefilling, etc.)
- Work with Proaxia IDoc types
- Monitor inbound/outbound queues between SAP ECC / S4 HANA and FSM
- Troubleshoot issues in IDocs, web services, and middleware
- Implement enhancements using BADIs
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in ABAP, CDS Views, OData
- Hands-on experience with BADI, BAPI, RFC
- Experience in SAP development tools and technologies
Support & Project Delivery
- Provide production support and resolve user issues
- Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements
- Participate in system testing, QA, and end-user training
- Work on both Implementation and AMS projects
Key Requirements:
- Strong Utilities domain experience
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP FSM implementation projects
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
