Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant for a contract-based opportunity in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP along with hands-on experience in SAP HR/HCM and Payroll processes. The candidate must possess good knowledge of payroll configurations, HR transactions, and technical development within SAP HCM environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support SAP ABAP solutions within HR/HCM modules
- Work on payroll-related developments and enhancements
- Handle Infotypes, Payroll Schema, Functions, and PCRs
- Work on PA30, PA40, and other HR/payroll transactions
- Develop reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements
- Perform debugging and issue resolution activities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for project delivery
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities
- Prepare technical documentation as required
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP with HR/HCM module
- Good understanding of SAP Payroll processes
- Hands-on experience with Infotypes and Payroll Schema
- Knowledge of Functions and PCRs
- Experience working on PA30 and PA40 transactions
- Strong experience in Enhancements, Reports, Interfaces, and Debugging
- Knowledge of HR Forms and payroll-related developments
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HR / Payroll projects
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in project environments
