The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and stakeholder management. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead Salesforce development activities including Apex, LWC, integrations, and customizations.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance across projects.
- Implement best practices for coding, governance, security, and DevOps.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Build and manage integrations with external systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
- Prepare technical documentation and implementation standards.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
