Key Requirements:
• 10–14 years of QA/Software Testing experience
• Mandatory team handling and leadership experience
• Strong expertise in QA Strategy, Test Planning, and Quality Metrics
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright
• Experience with automation frameworks like Cucumber, Serenity BDD, or Codecept.js
• Good knowledge of SDLC, Shift-Left Testing, TDD/BDD, and Test Pyramid
• Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Azure, JIRA, and Git is an added advantage
