Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Glass Manufacturing with over 12 years of experience to lead our operations of our upcoming glass manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will excel in budget planning, commissioning of processes, maintenance excellence, and effective management and utilization of resources, driving the team and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full scope of glass manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Develop and manage budget plans in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead commissioning activities, ensuring seamless integration of new systems and processes.
- Implement maintenance strategies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
- Strategically manage resources to ensure the best utilization and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement and innovation within the manufacturing domain.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Uphold safety standards and regulations, fostering a safe working environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 years' experience in a management role within the glass manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven expertise in budget planning and resource management.
- Successful track record of commissioning and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing technologies and innovations.
- Background in implementing lean manufacturing concepts or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experienced in leading large teams and complex projects in a dynamic environment.
