Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help our organization make informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify data-driven solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources - Analyze data using statistical and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions - Continuously improve data processes and systems to enhance data quality and efficiency Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science - 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, data reporting, or business intelligence - Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques is a plus - Experience working in the finance or banking industry is preferred
