IT Intern

IPG is hiring an IT Intern to work within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem, helping optimize workflows and manage digital assets. The intern will ensure the effective use of assets by organizing, tagging, and applying usage rights while supporting the platform's success. Responsibilities: Organize, catalog, tag, and publish assets in the DAM ecosystem Manage and apply appropriate usage rights records to prevent misuse or untimely release of assets Process asset fulfillment requests and optimize workflows Collaborate with teams across multiple offices and time zones to meet client needs Skills & Technologies: Digital Asset Management (DAM) Metadata & Taxonomy Concepts Collaboration Tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Strong communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration Technology Passion with a keen interest in learning and self-training Preferred Experience: Basic knowledge of DAM, metadata, and taxonomy concepts Previous experience in asset management or digital workflow tools (a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a global team
