Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Internships & Technical Support Engineer based in Cuttack, with partial work-from-home options. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with cinema equipment installation, offering customer service to resolve inquiries, and ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of digital cinema technologies. The candidate will also assist in supporting customer training and maintaining secure content delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate technical problems and find effective solutions
• Customer Support and Customer Service experience to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Basic understanding of digital cinema technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
