Role Description
This is a full-time remote Internship Trainee role designed to provide hands-on experience in travel planning and operations. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary development, researching travel destinations, working on marketing campaigns, providing customer support, and offering innovative ideas for improving customer experience. The candidate will also track and analyze market trends to support decision-making and contribute to team projects.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather information on travel destinations and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction and content creation
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital tools like social media and email marketing platforms
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to suggest innovative ideas
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects remotely
- Proficiency in basic project planning and the use of tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- A passion for travel and cultural exploration
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
