Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internship Trainee located in Gurugram. The Internship Trainee will be responsible for assisting and collaborating with team members in various projects, conducting research, creating reports, and supporting daily operational tasks. Responsibilities may also include coordinating with stakeholders, contributing ideas for process improvements, and learning industry-specific skills.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration
- Basic knowledge of project management, team coordination, and planning
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative on-site environment
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in a relevant field
