Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for an Internship Trainee located in Guwahati. The intern will assist in the implementation of development projects, conduct research and data analysis, and engage with local communities to understand their needs. The Internship Trainee will collaborate with team members on program planning and execution, provide support in preparing reports, and assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions. The role requires active involvement in on-ground activities, community interactions, and administrative tasks.

  • Project Planning and Organizational capabilities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Report Writing and Documentation
  • Familiarity with community engagement and grassroots-level work
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Basic knowledge of social development issues or rural development practices
  • Fluency in English and local languages is advantageous
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, or related fields
