Axentra is looking for a Tech Operations Intern to help manage code quality, structure, and execution across globally distributed tech teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands code, values structure, and enjoys coordinating people and processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate remote tech interns working globally
- Conduct regular check-ins and track progress
- Review and test code for quality, structure, and production readiness
- Ensure coding standards, workflows, and architecture are followed
- Validate that deliverables are stable and deployment-ready
- Review and maintain technical documentation
- Report progress, risks, and quality status internally
Requirements
- Hands-on working knowledge of Python and React
- Understanding of Databases, Django, and FastAPI
- Ability to read, review, and test backend and frontend code
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working from office while collaborating with global remote teams
Good to have
- Experience with APIs and SaaS systems
- Exposure to production environments
- Prior experience mentoring or reviewing junior developers’ work
