Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Intern located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, from posting job openings and sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews. The intern will also support efforts in employer branding and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. This is a dynamic role that provides exposure to end-to-end recruiting cycles in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and onboarding processes.
- Experience in core Recruiting activities such as sourcing, shortlisting, and communicating with potential candidates.
- Skills in Hiring and Interviewing, including conducting initial screenings and coordinating with hiring managers during the selection process.
- Understanding of Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the organization’s career opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
