We are looking for an Intern who will lead and manage GiftdMinds' Science and Technology outreach initiatives, industry collaborations, and sponsorship partnerships.
The intern will work closely with leadership to build relationships with government agencies, research institutions, startups, and private companies operating in the fields of SpaceTech, DefenceTech, UAVs, and emerging technologies.
This role requires strong communication skills, curiosity about science and technology, and the ability to independently drive partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities :
Industry Outreach & Partnerships - You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with organisations in the following sectors:
- Space Technology : ISRO, IISc, IIA, RRI, TIFR, BARC and new-age private space companies such as Skyroot Aerospace, Bellatrix Aerospace, Pixxel, Dhruva etc.
- Space Optical and radio astronomy observatories across India
- Defence & Aerospace Organisations such as DRDO, HAL, NAL
- UAV & Emerging Technologies : Drone, UAV and robotics companies including ideaForge Technology Garuda Aerospace
Marketing & Outreach
- Assist in creating outreach strategies for expanding GiftdMinds’ presence within the deep-tech ecosystem
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote collaborations, events, and programs
- Maintain a database of industry contacts, partners, sponsors, and collaborators
Sponsorship Development
- Identify and approach companies for event sponsorships and partnerships
- Prepare sponsorship proposals and partnership decks
- Build long-term relationships with sponsors and collaborators
Collaboration Development - Establish partnerships for:
- Guest lectures and expert sessions Industry visits and student exposure programs
- Joint workshops and technology demonstrations
- Research and innovation collaborations
- Mentorship programs for students
Events, Competitions & Programs
- Support planning and execution of technology competitions and innovation challenges organised by GiftdMinds.
- Coordinate outreach to industry experts and organisations for participation, judging panels, mentorship, and sponsorship.
- Promote and market events related to: Space Technology, UAV and Drone Technology, Electronics and Engineering innovation, Student research and projects

Skills & Qualification Requirements :
Education :
- Final year MBA students (Marketing / Business Development / Entrepreneurship) OR
- Engineering Graduates interested in Technology Outreach, Market Research, Business Development and Collaboration roles
Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Interest in SpaceTech, Aerospace, UAVs, Robotics, or DeepTech
- Ability to research and identify strategic partners
- Proactive, self-driven and capable of independent outreach
