Role Description
This is an on-site internship program at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon, located in Bintan. Interns will assist in various operational or administrative functions within the resort, providing support to departments such as hospitality services, marketing, event management, or guest relations. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating events, assisting in guest service, contributing to marketing campaigns, performing research, and supporting team initiatives while learning about the hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist in guest services and team collaborations
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite); familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage
- Interest in marketing, event planning, or customer service is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, marketing, or a related field
