Company Description Enicilion Experience Pvt Ltd is a Himachal Pradesh-based event technology and operations company specialising in creating world-class tools for India's event industry. We manage the entire lifecycle of live experiences — ticketing, gate operations, attendee management, and event production. Known for hosting the Tricity region's premier automotive event, Motorscape, we design community-driven experiences for automotive enthusiasts. Enicilion focuses on speed, reliability, and industry-specific needs. We operate across the Tricity region and beyond, delivering event solutions tailored to Indian conditions.
Role Description: This is a paid internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in event management and operations. As an intern, you will assist in program planning, coordination, and execution of events under the guidance of senior management. Responsibilities include supporting event operations, maintaining customer engagement, delivering training sessions, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This is a hybrid role based in Chandigarh, with flexibility for remote work.
Internship Details
- Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (as per selection)
- Duration: Flexible — minimum 6 months
- Stipend: Paid — ₹4,000 to ₹12,000/month depending on role and type
- Working Hours (Full-Time): Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week)
- Working Hours (Part-Time): Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST (4 hrs/day, 20 hrs/week)
- Mode: Remote (on-ground presence required during live events)
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Analytical Skills to manage and optimise operations effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with teams, clients, and attendees
- Capability to assist in Training and Development activities for seamless operational execution
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a flexible hybrid environment
- Proficiency in multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for event management and an innovative mindset to enhance the attendee experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- 2nd year students and above welcome to apply
