The Computational Technology and Medicine Laboratory at IIT Bombay is inviting applications for a 6-month ad-hoc research internship for candidates who have graduated and are interested in pursuing research in molecular biology and translational medicine.
Eligibility:
• B.Tech./M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or related areas
• Candidates with a JRF fellowship qualification and an interest in pursuing a PhD degree will be preferred
Required Skills:
• Mammalian or bacterial cell culture
• PCR/qPCR and related molecular biology methods
• Agarose gel electrophoresis
• DNA/RNA extraction and sample processing
Salary and Benefits:
• A stipend of ₹10,000-16,000 per month
• Hostel accommodation is not provided
