Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Planning & Execution:
○ Develop and implement digital acquisition strategies across multiple platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic ads.
○ Plan and execute campaigns for AECC’s app and website to drive conversions, brand visibility, and user acquisition.
○ Manage budgets to ensure optimum CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROI for all campaigns.
● Vendor & Partner Management:
○ Collaborate with third-party vendors and trackers to meet acquisition goals efficiently.
○ Handle multiple advertising partners such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
● Performance Analysis & Reporting:
○ Measure and report performance against goals (KPI and ROI) to senior management.
○ Conduct campaign reviews, identifying insights and optimizing performance accordingly.
○ Monitor campaign fraud and take corrective actions to prevent fraudulent activities.
● Optimization & Testing:
○ Develop and execute A/B testing campaigns to enhance creative performance and user targeting strategies.
○ Identify new channels and opportunities to increase acquisition while ensuring efficiency.
● Customer Journey Mapping:
○ Assess the end-to-end customer experience across channels to maximize impact on key touchpoints.
● Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
○ Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, SEO, and ASO to implement best practices.
Requirements & Skills
○ Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
○ Strong quantitative background with data-driven thinking.
○ Basic understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization) and SEO.
○ Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful reports.
○ Creative mindset to identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns.
○ Knowledge of programmatic ad buying is a plus.
○ Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing.
