Job Responsibilities:
- Provide basic hardware support, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
- Offer basic ERP system support and assist users with related issues
- Monitor and support networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Maintain records of issues and resolutions for future reference
Job Requisites:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Certification or diploma in Hardware & Networking
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
