Internship Opportunity: Hospital Administration Interns

Location: Judicial Layout, Bangalore

We are inviting applications from students currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent program to join our 20-bed Ayurveda Multi-Specialty Hospital in Judicial Layout, Bangalore.

This is a hands-on opportunity for motivated individuals who want practical exposure to hospital operations, administration, quality systems, and accreditation processes in a growing integrative healthcare environment.

Role Overview

Interns will be expected to take responsibility for all aspects of hospital operations under guidance and supervision. This includes supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of systems and processes across clinical and non-clinical departments, with a strong focus on NABH accreditation preparation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and standardizing SOPs across all departments.
• Support daily hospital operations and interdepartmental coordination.
• Help develop and maintain documentation required for NABH accreditation.
• Assist with audits, process checks, and quality improvement activities.
• Support patient flow management, admission-discharge processes, and service coordination.
• Contribute to HR, procurement, inventory, and facility management activities.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and operational summaries as required.
• Work closely with hospital leadership to improve efficiency, systems, and service quality.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s in Hospital Administration or related qualification.
• Strong interest in hospital operations, quality management, and healthcare administration.
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Important Note
