Timing: Between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 4 to 5 hours work only (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and support our HR operations for an e-commerce company. This internship will give you real-world exposure to managing HR activities in a remote business environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
- Help in developing HR policies for a remote e-commerce setup.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth internal communication.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and internship postings.
Required Skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and remote company management.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Time management & organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Eligibility
- Education: MBA/BBA/B.Com – pursuing or recently completed.
- Certifications: HR, recruitment, or management-related certifications (added advantage).
