Key Responsibilities
Depending on your internship role, your responsibilities may include:
Customer Service
- Assist customers before, during, and after their bookings.
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Sales
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable travel packages.
- Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, and booking processes.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Marketing
- Support digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Assist in content planning and promotional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Help execute campaigns to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
Operations
- Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams.
- Assist in managing booking confirmations and operational workflows.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
- Support process improvements and operational documentation.
Content Writer (Unpaid)
- Research travel destinations and tourism trends.
- Write engaging blogs, website content, package descriptions, and social media content.
- Create SEO-friendly content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling travel content.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in the relevant fields.
- Previous internship or project experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
