Role Description This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Pune City. The intern will support daily real estate operations, including assisting with property listings, site visits, and client interactions. Responsibilities include gathering property details, coordinating with sales teams, maintaining basic documentation, and updating internal records. The intern will help answer client queries, follow up on leads, and support promotional activities for residential and commercial projects. Under guidance, the intern will learn market research, basic sales processes, and professional communication within the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Real Estate Development and understanding of property types and local markets.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, persuasion, and basic negotiation.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and handle client queries professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort in client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work on-site across different locations in Pune as required, with good time management and reliability.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, property listing platforms) is beneficial.
- Current students or recent graduates in business, commerce, management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
