Role Description
Work closely with the founding team across core business functions including finance, marketing, operations, and production. Assist with market research, financial tracking, process documentation, and operational coordination. Contribute to marketing initiatives, brand communication, and business development efforts. Support production monitoring and efficiency improvements. This role provides hands-on exposure to real startup operations, enabling the intern to understand how different business functions integrate to build and scale a company. Requires initiative, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
The role primarily seeks individuals with a strong eagerness to learn and explore entrepreneurship. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for documentation and simple data handling is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to work across different business functions in a dynamic startup environment.
