HR Recruitment Intern – Capes India
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR and gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment. The internship offers strong practical exposure to candidate interactions, screening conversations, and real-time hiring decision support.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing Support
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and other relevant platforms.
Candidate Outreach & Screening Conversations
Connect with potential candidates through calls and messages to understand their experience, interest level, communication skills, and role fit. This will provide valuable exposure to how hiring decisions are shaped through real conversations.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth communication flow between candidates and hiring managers.
End-to-End Recruitment Assistance
Support the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interview coordination, feedback tracking, and onboarding support.
Market Research
Research hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring patterns to help improve hiring efficiency.
Employer Branding Support
Assist in maintaining a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
Recruitment Data Tracking
Maintain candidate trackers, update application status, and support reporting on hiring progress.
Requirements
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort speaking with new people professionally over calls
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed or similar platforms is preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
