Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern - Talent Manager (Artist/Creator Management). Based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, the intern will manage day-to-day coordination between creators and brands, assist in talent scouting and onboarding, and handle operational tasks related to managing artist portfolios. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives for creators. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to thrive in this dynamic role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills to build and maintain connections with creators and brands
- Proficiency in marketing initiatives, campaign planning, and understanding of audience engagement strategies
- Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities to manage and support talent operations effectively
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to strategize and provide innovative solutions for artist and creator growth
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in influencer/creator ecosystems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for the influencer and creator space, with a keen interest in talent management
