Finance Executive Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage, prepare, and vendor commercial contracts.
- Send commercial reports for management review.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping for ISO audits.
- Follow up on client projects and assists in presentations & Maintain communication with clients via phone and handle routine inquiries in Account Managers’ absence.
- To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and related matters.
- To assist in daily operations, including consolidating receivables, invoice, and payment processing, and data entry into the accounting system.
- To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate, and complete.
- To perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g., creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation, production & logistics, etc.).
- To handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Assist to conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers.
- File and maintain clients’ agreements, contracts, rebates, and confidentiality agreements & calculate prices and develop systems to maintain pricing files.
- Collecting and storing commercial information from various sources, responsible for compiling reports and presentations as required; preparing, maintaining, and updating clients’ files; & assist in collecting & analyzing commercial information.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
KRA
- Responsible for Handling and resolving vendor-related queries.
- Responsible to maintain the daily transaction entries update in Tally
- Maintain and record proper ledger with up to date.
- Helps the Sales team with pricing by checking SKU-wise Profitability Analysis.
- Processing the purchase invoices on daily basis (PO)
- Preparing commercial files as per vendor agreement.
- Maintain reconciliation reports for all vendors on a regular interval.
- MIS Reports.
