The openings are based in our R&D Center, South Delhi, candidates must have Bachelor's/B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech in the relevant field of Energy/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering disciplines and those with 1-2 years experience with projects in Lithium-ion battery and EV/PHEV sector will be Preferred.
Open Position-
Embedded systems Engineer (EV / DC Charger/ BMS / IoT )
What you would be responsible for?
- Choosing components and designing circuits for power electronics, wired communications, microcontroller and IoT components
- Taking ownership of the EV BMS Lab space - procuring, using, and maintaining components.
- Simulating data models and ML/NLP
- Building testing prototypes and test jigs
- Working on basic circuit assembly by soldering
- Writing basic Arduino IDE/ESP code for quick hardware validation and prototyping
- Debugging electronics PCBs
- Working with Lithium based batteries and their integration with EVs, with Inverters and with chargers.
What skills must you have to excel in this role?
- Good knowledge in fundamentals in digital, power and analog electronics
- Hand-on working with electronic components such as usage of passive components, discrete semiconductors and calculating power consumption
- Development of a PCB design from designing architecture, choosing components, schematics development, PCB layout and manufacturing.
- Strong English communication skills and documentation, articulating your work for future is important
- Be able to do soldering of components.
- Hands-on experience with EVs or Battery packs.
