🚀 Hiring: Internship Coordinator | MARS Exploration | Tamil Nadu
MARS Exploration is hiring an Internship Coordinator to manage engineering internship programs, student engagement, college coordination, and batch operations for our UGC–AICTE Credit Based Skill Development Internship Programs.
📍 Location: Tamil Nadu (Chennai / Coimbatore / Hybrid)
💼 Role: Full-Time
🎓 Eligibility: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Aerospace, Mechanical or All Engineering Branches | MBA/BBA Students | Any Graduate
🗣 Preferred Languages: Hindi, + English + Tamil
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internship batches and student onboarding
• Manage communication with colleges and placement cells
• Schedule training sessions and workshops
• Handle attendance, reports, and certification processes
• Support HR and recruitment activities
• Coordinate with trainers and technical teams
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• Good communication and coordination skills
• MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Zoom / Google Meet handling
• Student counseling and management skills
• Social media and WhatsApp communication
🔹 Preferred Domains:
Aerospace | Mechanical |HR | Marketing | Sale | UAV | Engineering Skill Development
