Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Direct outreach: Finding and pitching to industrial decision-makers who value quality over the 'lowest price.'
  • Value advocacy: Defending our premium pricing by focusing on ROI and technical superiority.
  • Relationship management: Keeping the founder updated daily. Communication is non-negotiable here.
  • Market mapping: Identifying new industrial hubs for EPC and Equipment sales.

  • Background: Technical/engineering students (mechanical/electrical/industrial) preferred
  • Language: Fluency in their regional or state language and professional English
  • Tools: Must have a personal laptop and a reliable smartphone with high-speed internet access
  • Location: Familiarity with local industrial clusters (MIDC/Okhla/IMTs, etc.)
  • Mindset: 'Street smart' over 'Book smart.' You should be comfortable in a factory environment
  • Integrity: We are an honest business looking to provide value to our customers. Ensure you’re helping the customer

Job offer:

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹3,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per year


  • This role follows a mutual-growth compensation model with professional training and mentorship. If you want a paid vacation, this is not the role for you.
  • Performance income is earned through after-sales services, EPC projects, and equipment sales, with payouts varying from immediate commissions to mid-term and long-term earnings.
  • Candidates who show consistency, honest communication, and strong effort will receive mentorship, technical training, and performance bonuses designed to exceed traditional fixed-salary growth.
  • Applicants must complete the mandatory S.M.A.S. Commitment Test in their cover letter.
  • Candidates must explain how they communicate roadblocks or absences to the team.
  • Candidates must describe how they respond when a client says pricing is too high.
  • Candidates must explain what “taking care of the business” means in a small-team environment.
