About the Role
We are hiring a Social Media & Amazon Content Intern to support the creation, optimization, and performance tracking of short-form digital content.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance.
You will work closely with subject matter experts, marketing leads, and the production team to translate food products into clear, culturally relevant, high-conversion content across social platforms and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
1. Short-Form Content Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and develop short-form content based on approved campaign themes.
- Assist in scripting, shot planning, and content structuring.
- Ensure product intent, usage, and differentiation are clearly communicated.
- Support on-ground content production when required.
2. Content Performance Tracking
- Track basic performance metrics across platforms (reach, engagement, saves, CTR where applicable).
- Assist in compiling structured performance reports.
- Identify patterns between content format and engagement.
- Support optimization decisions using data.
3. Amazon Content & Marketplace Support
- Assist in improving Amazon listing visuals and short-form product videos.
- Support optimization efforts aligned with Amazon performance metrics.
- Observe and understand how titles, bullet points, A+ content, and videos influence conversion.
- Monitor basic marketplace metrics (where access is provided).
Knowledge of Amazon performance tuning is an advantage but not mandatory.
4. Trend Monitoring & Idea Contribution
- Monitor emerging social media trends relevant to food and lifestyle.
- Contribute structured ideas during content planning sessions.
- Identify culturally relevant formats suitable for local audiences.
5. Influencer & Creator Coordination
- Shortlist local influencers aligned with regional mindset and brand positioning.
- Evaluate engagement quality.
- Assist in coordination and basic campaign tracking.
6. Multi-Platform Digital Support
- Support content deployment across multiple platforms.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve visibility and engagement.
- Understand how different platforms require different content adaptations.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (Visual Communication / Media / Marketing preferred).
- Strong awareness of social media platforms and content formats.
- Basic understanding of short-form video structure.
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplace metrics is a plus.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking.
- Open to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Able to adapt tone between professional and general audiences.
