About the RoleWe are hiring an Operations Coordinator Intern to work on the core execution layer of the business.
This is not a support role. This is where daily operations either work or break.
You will work directly with founders across order flow, inventory, finance coordination, and internal systems to ensure the business runs cleanly, consistently, and without gaps.
If you want to understand how a product company actually functions beyond slides and theory, this role will give you that exposure.

- Ensure tasks, timelines, and deliverables are moving without delays.
- Step in to resolve basic operational issues before they escalate.
- Maintain clarity across moving parts of the business.
2. Order, Inventory & Execution Tracking- Manage structured trackers for orders, inventory, and workflows.
- Monitor stock levels and flag risks early.
- Coordinate between production, inventory, and dispatch to avoid breakdowns.
- Ensure execution accuracy across all stages.
3. Finance & Data Coordination- Support core finance operations including:
- Accounting entries
- GST reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintain clean and updated records.
- Assist in preparing reports that feed into business decisions.
4. Fix What’s Broken- Identify inefficiencies, delays, or gaps in workflows.
- Propose practical fixes, not theoretical ones.
- Support implementation of better systems and processes.
- Help bring structure to fast-moving operations.
5. Work Directly With Founders- Support founders on execution-heavy tasks across operations and business needs.
- Assist in research and coordination for operational and financial decisions.
- Be part of real problem-solving, not just task execution.
Who This Role Is For- Someone who wants to understand how a business actually runs day-to-day.
- Someone who is comfortable with responsibility and fast-moving work.
- Someone who notices gaps and takes initiative to fix them.
- Someone who can handle both structure (trackers, reporting) and chaos (real operations).
If you are looking for a passive internship, this is not it.
Eligibility- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (Commerce / Business / Finance preferred).
- Basic understanding of accounting is important.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.
- Clear communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-focused.
- Open to feedback and startup pace.
What You Will Gain- Hands-on exposure to how a real business operates across functions.
- Understanding of how orders, inventory, finance, and execution connect.
- Direct access to founder-level thinking and decision-making.
- Experience in building and improving operational systems.
- Practical, transferable skills in execution, coordination, and problem-solving.
