About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IoT Lead to drive the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable IoT solutions. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality product delivery. This role requires deep expertise in embedded systems, cloud architecture, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and design end-to-end IoT system architecture
• Lead firmware, hardware, and cloud integration efforts
• Manage and mentor engineering teams
• Drive product development from concept to deployment
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of systems
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment processes
• Identify and implement new technologies and innovations
• Maintain project timelines and delivery quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in embedded systems and firmware development.
• Expertise in IoT cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Deep understanding of communication protocols (MQTT, BLE, LoRa)
• Strong system architecture and design skills
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities
Preferred Skills
• Experience in industrial automation or smart systems
• Knowledge of AI/ML in IoT applications
• Experience with DevOps and cloud deployment pipelines
Eligibility
• B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in IoT/Embedded systems
