📅 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process
🕒 Shift: 24×7 Rotational (Night Shifts & Weekends)
🎯 Key Requirements:
🔹 C1 Level English Communication (Verbal & Written)
🔹 Experience in Inbound & Outbound International Calls
🔹 Strong Customer Service & Problem-Solving Skills
🔹 Ability to work in a Fast-Paced Call Center Environment
🔹 Knowledge of CRM Tools & Call Center Technologies
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (10+2+3) with all mark sheets & Degree Certificate
