- Minimum 56 years in Customer Service (International Voice Process)
- Strong background in US Calling / US Process
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and performance metrics
Required Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with patience and empathy
- Prior experience in US client interaction is mandatory
