International Voice Process Trainer
We are seeking an experienced International Voice Process Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery and process training, with a focus on international voice processes.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for international voice processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, to support training delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in international voice processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement to ensure continuous learning and development.
- Maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, and evaluation results to track training effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in training delivery, process training, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in international voice processes, including training and process training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees and subject matter experts.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives and improve service delivery.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to create training materials and reports.
