Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an International Voice Process Specialist, based in the Pune Division. The role involves engaging with global customers, addressing their queries, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include managing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring service satisfaction, and meeting key performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and effectively resolve issues
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts to assist customers with account-related queries
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Prior experience in an international call center or voice process role is an advantage
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to dynamic customer requirements
