Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for an International Voice Process Specialist. The individual in this role will deliver exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and resolve concerns via phone communication. The responsibilities include managing customer interactions, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving performance targets in a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Experience in Sales and a customer-centric mindset to up-sell and cross-sell effectively is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
- Prior experience in an international voice process is a plus but not mandatory.
