We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic professionals for International Voice Process, Lead Generation, and Appointment Scheduling roles. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer interactions, and the ability to generate and manage leads effectively.
Candidates with prior experience in international calling, appointment scheduling, tele calling, lead generation, or customer interaction roles will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle international outbound and inbound calls professionally
● Generate leads through calling and follow-up activities
● Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with prospective clients
● Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
● Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
● Build and maintain positive client relationships
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution
● Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
● Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times
Mandatory Requirements
● Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
● Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred in voice process / lead generation / appointment scheduling
● Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
● Comfortable handling outbound calling process
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-oriented approach

Experience Required
● 1–2 Years of relevant experience preferred
Qualification
● Graduate in any discipline preferred
