Job Summary:
We are hiring **US Voice Process Executives** for a **Banking Process** who will be responsible for handling **inbound and outbound customer calls**, addressing queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a **night shift environment**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle **inbound and outbound calls** for the US banking process
* Address customer queries related to **banking services and transactions**
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
* Maintain proper call records and update system data
* Ensure adherence to **process guidelines and quality standards**
* Deliver a high level of **customer satisfaction and service quality**
* Meet daily/weekly **call targets and performance metrics**
**Shift Details:**
**Shift Timing:** 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
* **Breaks:**
* Dinner Break: 9:30 PM – 10:15 PM
* Tea Breaks: 11:30 PM – 11:45 PM & 1:45 AM – 2:00 AM
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Strong **verbal communication skills in English**
* Experience in **Outbound/Inbound Calling** (preferred)
* Basic understanding of **customer service processes**
* Ability to work in **night shifts (US process)**
* Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer knowledge
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
* Experienced candidates in **voice process / BPO / banking process** preferred
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* **Salary:** ₹15,000 per month (Initial 3 months period)
* **Post 3 Months:**
* ₹3,000 Performance Incentive
* ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus
* **Experienced Candidates:** ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (based on performance and skill assessment)
