We’re Hiring | International Voice Process / Lead Generation Executive

Location: Work From Office
Shift: Day Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5 Days
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international inbound & outbound calls professionally
Generate leads through calls and follow-ups
Schedule appointments with prospective clients
Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
Build strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Achieve daily & monthly targets
Mandatory Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience in voice process / lead generation / telecalling
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outbound calling
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Preference: Immediate joiners or short notice candidates
