We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions for global clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication standards
- Meet quality benchmarks and performance metrics
- Document customer interactions appropriately in the system
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Minimum Versant score of 60 (for international process readiness)
Work Schedule Benefits
- 5-day work week with 2 days off
- Both-side transportation provided (within a 20 km radius)
