Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via Call in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure high-quality responses with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and meet defined service levels (SLAs)
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate/Graduate freshers are eligible to apply
- Graduates with experience in International Voice / BPO domain are also welcome
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
Work Schedule
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
