Role Description
The International Voice Process Associate will manage customer interactions via calls to resolve inquiries, provide technical support, and deliver assistance aligned with service requirements. Responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining service standards. The role involves providing accurate information, managing sales or finance-related interactions, and fostering customer trust. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.

- Proficiency in finance-related knowledge and analytical skills for handling financial inquiries and tasks accurately.

- Experience in international voice process roles is an advantage.
