Detailed Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
- Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
- Arts & Science, Fresher.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. - Arts & Science
- No BCA, BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply.
