Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the International Voice Process at our Mumbai location. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice-based communication, addressing queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate records of interactions, effectively managing customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively addressing customer inquiries and building a positive client experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and execute solutions efficiently
- Sales and persuasion expertise, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Basic knowledge or experience in Finance to handle finance-related queries (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and demonstrate teamwork
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Open to working flexible hours, including night shifts, based on business requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelorβs degree or equivalent
