Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an International Voice Process Associate based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience, adhering to performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Night shifts and adherence to scheduled work times are required for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to handle international calls effectively.
- Proficiency in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and experience in managing business-related processes efficiently.
- Solid Analytical skills and financial understanding to address relevant queries and issues.
- Adaptability to night shifts and a willingness to work in an on-site role in Bengaluru.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Previous experience in international voice processes is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is essential.
