Role Description
The International Voice Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. This role involves supporting clients through exceptional customer service and aligning with their revenue cycle management processes. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and managing process-related data with accuracy and efficiency. Working as part of a fast-paced environment, the associate will ensure adherence to company protocols and maintain high service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and process optimization
- Proficiency in customer service with a focus on effectively addressing and resolving client queries
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with international clients
- Familiarity with finance-related processes and concepts within a BPO environment
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of relevant software or tools
- Previous experience in a healthcare or BPO setting is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent education
