Job Description:
Mergen Infotech OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and target-driven individuals for the role of International Voice Process Agent . The candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, pitching products/services, and driving sales over voice calls.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to international customers and generate sales
2.Pitch products/services effectively and close deals
3.Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
4.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
5.Build and maintain strong customer relationships
6.Update CRM with call details and sales status
Eligibility Criteria:
1.0–2 years of experience in sales / international voice process (Freshers can apply)
2.Excellent communication skills and convincing skills
3.Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills
4.Comfortable working in night shifts
5.Basic computer knowledge
Required Skills:
1.Prior experience( 1-2 years ) in international sales in BPO is Mandatory
2.Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
3.Goal-oriented and self-motivated
4.Top Notch English is Mandatory
