Designation: International voice process agent - Lead Generation
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to indian and international companies participating in global trade shows/expos and exhibitions.
- Pitching the company's exhibition design, booth fabrication/construction services to the prospect clients
- Navigate gatekeepers to reach Marketing Managers or Exhibition Leads to pitch our design capabilities.
- Regularly updating the lists and database of individual client contact details.
- Regularly follow up with clients on calls and emails for conversions.
- Transition prospects into active leads by successfully obtaining the "Exhibition Stall Brief" (design requirements, stall dimensions, and budget).
- meeting the revenue targets set by the organisation.
Skills:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent for international markets.
- Active Listening: Understanding client needs and concerns by listening attentively.
- Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with potential clients to foster long-term business relationships.
- Prior experience in the events and exhibitions would be an added advantage
- Document all interactions and lead statuses accurately in CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to the sales and design team.
